Cautions and Send Offs

2008 Caution and Send Off Procedure
All sendoffs are to be called through to 02 8569 2057 on either a Saturday or Sunday night by 7.00pm.
The following information must be left: Player's Name, Player's Club, Match Details, Player's ID Number, Player's Shirt Number, Grade of game, Time of offence, Referee's Name, Send Off offence Code (and both cautions codes if sent off for two cautionable offences)

The referee is responsible for sending the original caution report to Central Coast Football by either fax on 02 4362 7389, mail to the CCF post office box or by completing the eCaution report below and emailing to: operations@ccfootball.com.au

Send Off reports should  be sent to sendoffs@ccfootballref.com.au

2007 eCaution Report - USE THIS FILE IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXCEL ON YOUR PC. IF YOU DO, SEE THE "ECAUTION REPORT 2008" FILE BELOW.

Ecaution Report 2008 - IF YOU HAVE EXCEL ON YOUR PC, DOWNLOAD THIS FILE AND SAVE IT (ENSURE YOU DELETE ANY CHARACTERS IN THE FILE NAME BETWEEN THE "8" AND "FULL STOP" BEFORE SAVING. EG. FILE NAME MAY BE "ECAUTION REPORT 2008-3.XLS". ENSURE YOU DELETE THE "-3". THE SAVED FILE MUST BE NAMED "ECAUTION REPORT 2008.XLS"). USE IT FOR ALL YOUR ECAUTIONS FROM NOW ON. IF A MESSAGE APPEARS ABOUT MACROS WHEN OPENING IT, CHOOSE "ENABLE MACROS". READ THROUGH THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE FIRST SHEET.
